First I purchased a power recliner and was delighted when delivery was so fast. I also needed a new power scooter and was able to receive that within days of purchase. I chose Vital Mobility because they service what they sell and, most importantly, they are a family owned business.

I bought a Go Go Folding scooter here and the service was excellent, unlike other companies, everyone in this store knows how their products work! I would totally recommend this location to anyone needing assistive devices! They are also cheaper than the local competition!
Though a fairly simple transaction (I rented a hospital bed for my partner to aid in the recovery of a fairly major abdominal surgery), everything went super smooth which I greatly appreciated. I had done some online research and called a competitor closer to where I live, and decided to rent from Vitality. I was very pleased with the informative options given at the Vaughan Office prior to renting the needed equipment and attentive service and reliable performance of the electronic hospital bed and aerated mattress that I rented. When I decided to do an outright purchase, the price was adjusted to credit part of the monthly rental payments. I highly recommend Vital Mobility.

I had purchased several items online. Everything shipped promptly as expected. I had an issue with one item - raised toilet seat which was too small (no fault of theirs). So being nearby, I went into the Vaughan store to return it. I was told that because of sanitary and safety reasons, it could not be returned. I was upset and told them to keep it. They then took the time and patience to explain why they have that policy in place. Although I was upset, it made sense to me. They continued to take the time to inform me and provide different options to solve my problem. At this point, I believe they went above and beyond to help me out. Bottom line: I walked out of there very happy and completely satisfied with their service. I highly recommend Vital Mobility. They are good people who can be trusted to take care of you.
