"What’s on your mind?: I walked into Vital Mobility back in January 2026 to purchase a medical bed for my mother who was coming home from the hospital the next day. I had done enough research in that past week to get my head spinning. It was such a relief to talk to someone that understood my concerns and got me on track with what i needed for my mother. Once the choice of bed was made I felt confident I had done the right thing by coming there. Delivery and set up was arranged for the next day, so quick and painless, definitely recommended. Well, it's been four months and couldn't be happier. The bed performs quietly and smooth. My mother is comfortable sleeping in an elevated position and I no longer strain my back moving her. I was told I would be pleased with this bed and they were right. I feel Vital Mobility is a company that understands mobility needs and a company that can be trusted."

Vital Mobility has a good and easy to navigate website. I bought a Nexus 3 rollator, and getting answers to questions I had was easy, both online and over the phone. Once I bought the rollator, it arrived in four days, not including a weekend. I couldn’t put the handles on the rollator myself, so I drove to the Toronto store and the staff were very helpful in putting them in for me.
