Although I encountered issues on their website related to delivery charges, they were so helpful over the phone that I forgot about my frustrations with their website issue. As well, on the day of the delivery, the team was very careful and very respectful of the place. Highly recommend this business to others looking for medical products!

I had a fantastic purchasing experience at VitalMobility. The staff were incredibly helpful and took the time to help me select the right lift chair for my needs. They had a wide variety of products on the floor that I could try, which made the decision process much easier. There was one particular chair I was interested in that wasn’t on display, and Valentina went above and beyond by taking me into the warehouse and temporarily setting it up so I could try it out. That level of care and effort really stood out. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, and very cooperative. I highly recommend VitalMobility.
