Came for a walker and back brace and your customer service rep. found me the perfect walker and exact size brace in minutes. She made sure I tried them out to see if they were the perfect fit.
The hospital bed helped me tremendously with my recovery from shoulder surgery. However, I did find that because of my large size and weight, that the premium rental mattress I had ordered was a bit too soft from age. I called these guys to ask them for a solution and within two hours on a Saturday morning, the boss had personally delivered a brand new mattress to my house. It really was great service that was much appreciated. Should you ever have any issues with their products or services I suggest giving them a call as I expect they will remedy it immediately. They really seem to care about their customers.

I am very pleased with my recent experience at vital mobility. The family owned business cares a lot about their customers and I've seen them go the extra mile to help save time and money for their clients. They helped us understand the type of equipment which would suit our needs. My father needed support equipment which was explained and made available swiftly. The rentals and the delivery were made easily accessible for me as well. I was just a phone call away when I needed help or clarification. Overall an excellent experience, and I'd definitely recommend their products and services. I saved a lot of time and trouble going through many places, as Vital Mobility served as a one stop shop. My wife and I are heading to Italy in October 2023 and we need to deal with my recently acquired and permanent mobility issues. We found Vital Mobility on a simple internet search and we made the trip from Port Hope to Vaughan hoping to gain information on the type of mobility aids and our options. We were immediately greeted very pleasantly by Carolina as we entered the store. Carolina was amazing. Carolina was so knowledgeable about all of the mobility product and so cognizant of what we needed with respect to travel. I took the FOXTR 1 Travel Mobility Scooter ( with Ultra Suspension) for a test drive and before I was done, I was basically driving it out the door.
We had a wonderful experience with Carolina and not only did we leave with the ideal mobility product for me, we feel like we made a new friend.

Excellent customer service by the two ladies. Showed empathy at a time when we were going through a lot of emotional distress for our mother's health condition. They asked the right questions in order to help provide the proper medical bed and accessories. This worked out very well. Delivery and installation were quick. I thank you both.

I was looking for a Hospital Bed and I found Vital Mobility on Bing. I contacted Ligia and she was great. Helped me understand the differences among some options, price points and features. I choose the right one. The price was the best in the market and they had it in stock. I considered buying an used one, but after my research and the services Vital Mobility provide it make sense to buy a new one. From now on Vital Mobility will be my 1st option.

Eddie the technician was absolutely fantastic! He not only fixed the issue we had, but took his time to show me how to maintain the bed (where to oil, what to tighten, things to watch out for). He was excellent!
