I found this business very helpful I believe the lady I spoke with over the phone was Claudia. We required a mattress for our hospital bed for my husband. It arrived today and we are very pleased with her suggestion.
I can't say better things about my experience with Vital Mobility. Circumstance left us with needing to find a hospital bed for my mother urgently. Other vendors did not have most models on display in the showroom. Having no experience and little time for research, I needed someone to walk me through the different options since you don't make that kind of investment by ordering blindly online. I called Vital Mobility and within an hour was at their Bathurst store, and paid for the bed of my choice within half an hour. It is apparently a family run business they're very knowledgeable and helpful. Another thing was their super speedy delivery. Whereas most other vendors I called gave me a week to two weeks delivery estimate, we got our bed delivered and installed the very next day. I highly recommend them
Over many decades now, I've dealt with many medical supply and mobility assistance businesses. Very many! Vital Mobility stood out above all of them, in terms of knowledge, integrity, and genuine care for the customer, who they clearly put first. I recognize when a business has a passion for the people they are helping. Vital Mobility is absolutely in just such a situation. I will be going back to them for my next several purchases... and you should as well.

Just wanted to give a big shout out to the folks at vital mobility I recently purchase a a wrangler scooter and had some issues with it from the beginning . 2 of the wheels went flat ,,,,,,it was an awful situation and something I couldn’t deal with myself , nor should I have had too. Bruno the owner kept in touch with me and kept me updated on what needed to be done . In the end he came to my house , took the scooter away and did what needed to be done and then some ....won’t go into all the details . Now have a battery problem which he again stepped up and took care of immediately . It’s great to know that in this day and age ,,,,quality service is still available . I run a service company and know all about quality service . These guys are great. I highly recommend them. It wasn’t their fault that there were issues with my scooter ,but they looked after me and I will do further business with them .
Valentina went the extra mile for us. My mother in law is 92 and she broke her shoulder a week ago. So we needed to get her a proper bed for her long term care. We live in Cambridge Ontario which is a bit of a drive from their office in Toronto; however, Valentina made it work for us and the bed + accessories, delivery & set up will be done in 3 days!! How FAB is that!! We are extremely impressed with VitalMobility and highly recommend their service for your loved ones. Cheers
The company has a wide range of products to meet every need. The service is excellent and the delivery and set-up are exceptional. But best of all is the assistance provided in helping customers select the right products to meet their personal needs. I will never go anywhere else for mobility devices. I'd give them more than 5 stars if that were an option.
Excellent customer service. Claudia has always been very helpful with previous purchases. The most recent was a new hospital bed and mattress. Claudia was again very helpful and fair. Valentina was very professional, excellent providing accurate information and extremely friendly. Bruno’s assistance dealing with issues with the old bed was very helpful. His experience and knowledge impressed everyone involved. He set up the delivery that was fast and on time.

I was in the store earlier today with my mom and I would love to say that the young lady who works there was super nice and friendly. And of course the owner Claudia was friendly and nice as well - so I’m happy with the service. These two...are keepers because you can’t find that kind of service anywhere you go.

It was a pleasure doing business with your company. I had two good experiences, from the time I called to find out if you had the cryo icemaker, Mr Rzeznikiewiz asked me where I was, he then told me to go to the store on Bathurst, when I arrived the machine was waiting and ready. The sales associate took a machine and showed me exactly how to use it. It worked well, however last week the connection stopped working, Valentina told me to come to the Vaughan store and she would replace the lid. Its not often that you get such great service. Thank you.
Very satisfied with their service. I was able to arrange to rent a transport chair on short notice and have since converted it to a purchase with the rental cost deducted from the sale price. All very efficient and pleasant. Much appreciated.

They are a family run outfit and i had the privilege of dealing with both Claudia and Bruno. Even after sale service, they took ownership for something that could arguably been our fault and rather than hide and finger point..... They went out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction.

It is very rare, these days, to experience the kind of wonderful customer service I recently received, when I went to Vital Mobility in Vaughan. Lydia was extremely knowledgable and helped me receive the lovely lift chair (in record time) I needed ASAP for my 89 year old Mum.
My experience with Valentina at the Bathurst location was extremely positive. Not only is she knowledgeable, but she cares about ensuring complete customer satisfaction end to end. The bed we ordered did not fit in the elevator and when she was advised, she came over immediately to assess the situation with her delivery team. Her father Bruno also came and together it was decided they would take the very heavy bed up three floors. The next day, the delivery team and Bruno were back and successfully placed the bed. What a relief for my brother who is the owner of the bed. He could not be happier with his new Harmony bed!! There are not many businesses who would go to the lengths these folks did.

I am very satisfied with Vital Mobility in Vaughan. They were courtious and very helpful to find what we needed. The hospital bed was delivered within 48 hrs. The installation was done rapidly and well done.
