Fulsome praise is often (rightly) viewed with with suspicion as either insincere or uncritical, but I will run that risk here, as it would be difficult to exaggerate my appreciation for the remarkable level of help I received from Claudia and Bruno. With a very tight schedule to have everything in place for my wife's discharge from hospital, they went far beyond what one might expect in the way of assistance to a customer. Would that all businesses came even close to their standard.

All of our dealings with this company were over the phone. We dealt with Claudia who was very knowledgeable about her stock and recommended an outstanding bed for my sister. She finds the comfort in this bed to be outstanding. We bought a Rotec Multiposition bed and were more than satisfied with both the service, the recommendation and the bed itself. The same comments apply to the mattress that Claudia recommended. Because we were novices in terms of buying this type of bed it took many calls to arrange for the purchase and Claudia showed herself to be patient as well as knowledgeable.
I am so happy to have gone into this Vital Mobility location. Never having to deal with a parent in declining health, is very overwhelming. Not sure of what is the right choice for their care. Claudia was so professional, informative and offered invaluable advise. Very knowledgeable.

Based on my experience the past year, Vital Mobility is by far the best encounter I've had in my search for a hospital bed. I knew right away, when speaking on the phone with Valentina that this was my go to place for all medical equipment. Valentina demonstrated patience, empathy, advise and was willing to answer all questions. I ended up going into the store at the Bathurst location and the service was excellent. We are happy with our purchase and will go back for further shopping needs. I recently purchased a home hospital bed from Vital Mobility. Staff at Vital Mobility were incredibly helpful, respectful and a joy to deal with. From the initial enquiry, through coordinating with three separate parties to ensure delivery, bed set up and post delivery follow up, Valentina and all staff at Vital bent over backwards to make it happen. PS. My Mom and the PSW’S LOVE bed!!!!!

Dear Claudia and Bruno About a month ago we brought mom into your Vaughan location to just "see" about a scooter. We would like to thank you for the very kind and extremely professional way that you helped up purchase the right scooter for her. Claudia you have a wonderful way to connect with people and Bruno you were right..... she wants more power! We happily scooter with her everyday - usually about 10 km - she takes great pride in her garage parking skills! Just might need to come in again soon and get her a bigger "all terrain" model.

Valentina at Vital Mobility provided service way above and beyond what one usually expects. I needed a rollator quickly as my wife was getting out of the hospital the next day. The one I wanted was not in stock so she called the supplier, confirmed, after having some difficulty getting through to them, that they had one in their inventory, had it put aside for me to pick up directly from the supplier first thing the next morning and pulled up a map on her computer showing me exactly where to go and how long it should take to get there. The pick up went smoothly and my wife couldn’t have been happier with her new “wheels”.
I dealt with one of the owners and purchased a lift chair for my father. She was excellent and even sold me a unit that cost less but had much better functionality. I highly recommend going in person to see everything if possible.
I found this business very helpful I believe the lady I spoke with over the phone was Claudia. We required a mattress for our hospital bed for my husband. It arrived today and we are very pleased with her suggestion.
I can't say better things about my experience with Vital Mobility. Circumstance left us with needing to find a hospital bed for my mother urgently. Other vendors did not have most models on display in the showroom. Having no experience and little time for research, I needed someone to walk me through the different options since you don't make that kind of investment by ordering blindly online. I called Vital Mobility and within an hour was at their Bathurst store, and paid for the bed of my choice within half an hour. It is apparently a family run business they're very knowledgeable and helpful. Another thing was their super speedy delivery. Whereas most other vendors I called gave me a week to two weeks delivery estimate, we got our bed delivered and installed the very next day. I highly recommend them
Over many decades now, I've dealt with many medical supply and mobility assistance businesses. Very many! Vital Mobility stood out above all of them, in terms of knowledge, integrity, and genuine care for the customer, who they clearly put first. I recognize when a business has a passion for the people they are helping. Vital Mobility is absolutely in just such a situation. I will be going back to them for my next several purchases... and you should as well.
