Free Standard Shipping option is NOT available on any of our Rental Products.
It is also NOT available in oversized products like Lift Chairs, select Mobility Scooters, Home Hospital Beds, Patient Lifts and Power Wheelchairs.

There is a selection of items that may take longer to arrive, up to 5 weeks. One of our agents will work with you at the time of checkout to provide you an approximate date of delivery for that specific item. These may include:
Items that require freight delivery: Power Wheelchair (that are not folding or travel models), large scooters, lift chairs, patient lifts and some non-folding wheelchairs and beds. The customers will be contacted by the freight company once the item has arrived at their location to arrange a delivery time for you.
Vital Mobility DOES NOT SHIP OUT OR DELIVER devices on Saturdays and Sundays.
With our White Glove Delivery Program you can be sure your new item will be delivered at a scheduled day of delivery, set up as well as tested for maximum customer satisfaction. The charge of this service varies by product and will be available to you at checkout.
Once the order has been placed, one of our Vital Mobility specialists will contact you shortly after to schedule a convenient date for your White Glove delivery. This option is the perfect one for those who require extra assistance opening up and setting up their new device.
This service will be as follows: Delivery at a scheduled date between 9am and 5pm will be followed by the agent who will bring the device into your new home. Then the device will be unwrapped and tested to make sure it functions perfectly. After that all packaging materials will be removed and you will be ready to enjoy your new mobility device.
NOTE: Vital Mobility does not offer delivery or shipping services on weekends. If you require a device immediately and live in the Toronto-area, you can pick up from our Toronto or Vaughan locations on Saturdays between 10am-2pm.
