Whether you're in Vaughan or Victoria, we'll get your equipment to you. Here's how shipping and delivery work at Vital Mobility.
Most items ship free by standard ground anywhere in Canada, except Yukon, the Northwest Territories and Nunavut. That includes manual wheelchairs, folding power wheelchairs and folding mobility scooters.
These items are too big for standard shipping, so they don't qualify for free shipping. You'll see the freight cost at checkout.
Freight is curbside. The freight company calls you to book a time, and the driver leaves your order at the curb. In the GTA, choose white-glove delivery if you need it brought inside and set up.
Free shipping doesn't apply to rentals. We deliver and set them up ourselves in the GTA (see GTA delivery & rental areas). Hospital bed and lift chair rentals can't be picked up from our warehouse; our team delivers and sets them up for you.
If your order includes a special-order item, one of our team members will contact you after checkout with an estimated delivery date.

Don't want to deal with heavy boxes or setup? Our team will deliver, assemble and test your equipment for you, which is ideal for hospital beds, lift chairs and power wheelchairs. The price depends on the product and is shown at checkout.
Need it this weekend? We don't ship or deliver on Saturdays or Sundays, but you can pick up in person on Saturdays from 10am–2pm at either showroom: Concord (Vaughan) or North York (Toronto). Please call ahead to make sure your item is in stock.
We ship anywhere in Canada. In the cities below, we also offer white-glove delivery and equipment rentals.

Yes. We ship home hospital beds and hospital bed mattresses to every province. Beds go by curbside freight, and the cost is calculated at checkout. In the GTA, we can also deliver and fully set up your bed.
Most in-stock items are delivered within 1–2 business days. Items we order in from the manufacturer can take longer, and we'll give you an estimated date after checkout.
No, freight delivery is curbside only. If you're in the Toronto or GTA area and need help getting it inside and set up, choose white-glove delivery at checkout.
No, free shipping doesn't apply to rentals. We deliver and set up rental equipment ourselves in the areas listed above. See Rental Info for details.
Yes. You can pick up from our Concord or North York showroom Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, or Saturday, 10am–2pm. Please call ahead so we can have your item ready. The only exception is hospital bed and lift chair rentals, which our team delivers and sets up for you.
Please check your delivery when it arrives and note any visible damage with the driver before signing. Then contact us right away at info@vitalmobility.ca or 1-888-56-VITAL and we'll help sort it out. See our Return Policy for more.
No, shipping and delivery run Monday to Friday. Saturday pickup is available at both showrooms from 10am–2pm.
