My mother bought her first motorized wheel chair from another company. For the last 4 months she has been trying to get a new battery to no avail. She finally gave up and we started looking for a new chair for her. I work all week and could not drive her around except on weekends. Vital Mobility was the ONLY place that supplies wheel chairs that was actually open on a Saturday. As soon as we walked in Valentina and and her sister (I really wish I could remember her name, she was very helpful) were right there to help us and answer any questions we had. Final transaction could not have gone smoother and we walked out with a wheel chair my mother is proud to show off at the senior's home. Thank you for making us feel comfortable with our decision today and for any future interactions. A family business that made us feel like family!

I rented a hospital bed for several months. The telephone rep Ligia was very polite and helpful in placing the order. The delivery team came as scheduled, and were very cordial and efficient, and took extra care not to damage the walls or floor. Thank you Vital Mobility!!!

This company has been around for years and the staff here has been always helpful. We came in today looking for a wheelchair not knowing too much and Caroline educated us with her knowledge and we are happy on our purchase. The wheelchair was light, easy to fold up and maneuvers smoothly.

I've been dealing with Vital Mobility since early 2022 when my parents' declining health led me to them. They have been a Godsend. While Vital Mobility is obviously a business selling product and services, the way they run the business and the care they take with us is very comforting. They help. They do not push. They exhibit such patience and compassion in our dealings. More than once, I found myself on the phone being persuaded by them that there was a less expensive option to what I was seeking from them. And when things are urgent, as they can be, they have gone out of their way to get things to us quickly - as in same day - without seeking to capitalize on the opportunity. This is not to say they aren't running a business concerned with revenue. We pay not a small amount monthly for what they provide. But they treat us fairly, honestly and with good will. Many companies tout that they are a "family business". This one is, and feels like what that should mean.
