I recently bought a transporter chair from Vitalmobility for a relative with a broken ankle. Not only was the price the lowest available, but the after sale service was the best also as they did an adjustment to the brakes a month after purchase free of charge.

Full marks to Vital Mobility for efficiency, helpfulness and speed. After almost a week of futile effort and frustration trying to interest two Toronto companies in my urgent bed--mechanism problem, one of whom sold me the bed in 2012, my caregiver contacted Vital. The required new control was delivered the next morning, not in the days or weeks estimated by the other two. As a bonus, the phone contacts were polite and pleasant and to the point, unlike the health-endangering delays and muddles with elsewhere. Big thanks for a first-class rescue, Vital.

Two weeks ago I underwent bilateral knee replacement surgery. Prior to going in for surgery I purchased the Polar Care Cube from Vital Mobility. It has been an amazing aid in my recovery and I'm really not sure how I would have fared without it. I started using the Cube the night of my surgery and have been using it for the last 16 days with, what I would believe, are amazing results.
All of the doctors that have viewed my progress, both in the hospital and rehab facility, were very impressed with the lack of swelling in my knees which has enabled me to do the physiotherapy exercises much more easily. I really want to thank Paul Rosemberg of Vital Mobility for recommending the Polar Care Cube to me. I would recommend it to anyone undergoing surgery to help with pain and swelling.

Claudia spent time with me, in several phone calls, helping my mom, sisters and I choose the right bed and mattress for my dad. I did much research, comparing CFT and air mattresses, pricing, etc. with half a dozen companies. We were in need of a new mattress for an existing hospital bed as well as transferring the bed from one floor to another. Paul gave us the information we needed to make the right choice on the mattress and was able to arrange the move of the bed with the mattress delivery. The delivery was on time and the servicemen were professional and polite. Subsequently, we have needed to purchase a Hoyer lift and air mattress overlay and have returned to Paul for his great service and knowledge. It has been a pleasure dealing with Paul during a difficult time.

I was extremely happy with the service that I received from Claudia today on the telephone. I was purchasing a walker for my 86 year old father who recently had a knee replacement. We had the seat and handle measurements that the physical therapist provided, but I needed some guidance in selecting an appropriate walker for my Dad. Claudia was pleasant, knowledgeable, and she called me back with information when she said she would. She obviously knows about the equipment she sells. I just ordered the walker today so I haven't received it yet, but Claudia located one at the warehouse that she will have delivered right to the rehab facility free of charge. I urgently needed an Aircast with cryo cuff. Claudia from Vital Mobility was very helpful in getting items shipped and they were received next day.
