I was in urgent need of a cryo cuff for my husband's knee. He had just had surgery but no one had mentioned the benefits of getting one of these cuffs prior to it. So now I needed one right away but absolutely nobody I called had one in stock, though they were all happy to order one for me.. it would only take a week or two to arrive...
Luckily I then found Vital Mobility, who had them fully stocked, in all sizes. A short drive later and I had what I needed in hand. Added bonus.. It was on sale! Almost 30% less than prices I was quoted elsewhere.
Top that off with extremely friendly and knowledgeable service and I've now found my future go-to for all my health care supply needs!
We are tourists from Europe and we needed a wheelchair to be on site in the hotel after our flight arrival and to be picked up at another hotel after we left again.
The Feedback from Claudia was fast and on the point what we needed so i rented.

Had a great experience today with Bruno at Vital Mobility. My 92 year old mother's electric wheelchair stopped working. She's needs it everyday to get around. I gave Vital Mobility a phone call as they are located close to my mother. Even though we did not buy the chair from Vital, Bruno agreed to make a service call to see how he could help. Summer is a very busy time for wheelchair repairs, but Bruno found the time and visited my mother. He was able to reseat some cables and rather then make it a huge production (and charge me the moon), he fixed it on the spot. Customer service is so rare today. Brune and his team at Vital went out of the way to help. Most appreciated !!!
Vital Mobility, I'm convinced, exists to make your life easier!
My mother returned from a trip in November with her back fractured in three places and recovering from pneumonia. She could barely walk from room to room and with a million doctors' appointments ahead of us we realized we'd need a wheelchair. For a very reasonable price we got exactly what we needed AND same day delivery (a Godsend for folks who don't have a car!) Every time I've called with queries, the customer service rep has been patient, helpful and cheerful. Even though this is a business they treat you with utmost empathy. I am so very grateful and continue to recommend Vital Mobility to everyone.
I was looking for a scooter for my husband and found the Vital Mobility website. I called them to ask about the price since I saw the same one much cheaper but to be purchased only online. I talked to a person named Bruno, very kind and helpful, who explained everything I needed to know. He matched the price plus there is no tax and it's free shipping. I purchased it over the phone. We couldn't wait so I asked to go to the place to get it. Bruno did everything possible, we got the scooter in two days. We are very pleased; the scooter is very nice, we can fold it and place it in the trunk of our car. I love to walk, so now, my husband and I can go out together. We got a ZooMe Flex Folding Travel Scooter, we love it.
My wife and I was interested in purchasing a hoyer lift and stroller for our son ,after numerous attempts at other stores we contacted this establishment at Vaughan,ON . we were welcomed by the owner of the store I believe her name is Claudia immediately thereafter all our problems were solved,the attention and guidance displayed by this lady surpasses all the people that i came into contact with during my visit to Canada in search for mobility aids to assist my son as well as ourselves.
I certainly would recommended that anyone seeking mobility aids do not hesitate to contact this store before going elsewhere.
I ordered an adjustable bed and a shower commode and could not be happier with the caring attitude, knowledge and customer service I received from Claudia and Bruno. They listened to my needs and wants then provided options and let me choose what I needed and delivered exactly what I ordered. Installation/setup was uneventful and smooth; enjoyable in fact! I recommend Claudia and Bruno to anybody that has special needs. They will take care of you.
At a stressful time in our family's life, the team at VitalMobility could not have been more helpful and considerate. At short notice and two days before Christmas, they delivered what we needed when most of the world had already gone on holiday. The hospital bed we rented was in excellent condition (new, in fact) and of excellent quality. I have recommended Vital Mobility to friends.

We needed to get a stairlift for my mother on very short notice. I called Paul on Saturday morning, he gave me a quote within the hour and arranged for its installation on the following Thursday. He was as good as his word. On Monday, Bruno came to my mother's home to assess the staircase and on Thursday afternoon the job was done. Every single person involved was unfailingly polite and professional. We are all greatly relieved that my mother is now able to go up and down the stairs safely and her caregiver is particularly grateful. It is very easy to use and has given my mother back the freedom to return to the ground floor. I would highly recommend Paul Rosemberg at Vitalmobility and would not hesitate to return there for other products should the need arise.

Paul provided great guidance in choosing the scooter for my grandfather. he took the time to answer questions, demonstrate and was very knowledgeable. Ended up purchasing the Drive Spitfire Scout Deluxe 4 Wheel scooter with Suspension. My grandfather has been able to make good use of it so far.
Paul was quite patient in showing myself and my mum the various functions of different hospital beds. Though we came near closing time, he did not rush us. He was very prompt in handling the tax refund after I sent him my mum's doctor's note.
The only improvement I would suggest is to give more advanced notice for the bed delivery. My mum lives in a condo and the condo's policy is to book the elevator in advance. The delivery could only be confirmed the day before. Luckily, the time of the delivery was good as there was an available time slot in the condo's elevator availability. Once the delivery was confirmed, it happened very promptly and the installation was smooth.
An accident of a family member put me in a position where I had to get a bunch of medical stuff together, some of which I had never even heard of, in a very very short amount of time. I'm so thankful that I found Vital Mobility. Paul was a fantastic help. He educated me in the difference between products, made suggestions on what the thought might work better, and was able to get what I needed very quickly as I had no time to wait on delivery. He answered all of my questions promptly and was not one bit bothered when I changed my mind a few times. Thank goodness for Paul and vital mobility! He made this difficult time a little easier for me. The commode chair that I purchased worked out beautifully and is much better quality then some of the others that I had seen elsewhere. I found your website yesterday, when looking for a walker for a friend of mine. He has not been able to walk without falling, and he needed a walker to get around as he is going to the hospital today. He has not been able to leave his home due to his sudden decline in mobility.
He is very happy with the chair, and I am happy with the service as the company had sent the wrong shower chair, but they have offered to bring the correct one on Monday.

He was efficient and professional, which was a great help especially when one is going through an extremely stressful trying time of transition from hospital to home for a loved one. I recently bought a transporter chair from Vitalmobility for a relative with a broken ankle. Not only was the price the lowest available, but the after sale service was the best also as they did an adjustment to the brakes a month after purchase free of charge.
