I'm so pleased with the products and service I've found at Vital Mobility. Paul Rosemberg is a pleasure to deal with. Pricing is far more reasonable than what I found at a number of other home health care product retailers. Delivery was on time when promised with very professional set up of the electric bed, no mess no fuss. My mother, who is recovering from hip surgery, finds the bed extremely comfortable and easy to operate.

A huge thank you to Bruno and Claudia at Vital Mobility for supplying our family with a hospital bed and air mattress, Hoyer lift and sling, transport and mobility wheelchairs, and an outside elevator so that our son could come home from the hospital after 11 months of admission.

My mom has dementia which has progressed to the point where she can no longer walk very far or climb stairs. Fortunately, she has lived to the point where we will be able to get together for ThankGiving. But, we needed to get a wheelchair for her. My wife found this web site and we purchased the Drive Deluxe Go-Kart Steel Transport Chair. I was concerned about the quality of the chair because the price seemed low to me. The chair came today and I was very pleasantly surprised and happy to see that it is very well made. It is light, compact, folds down to fit easily in any trunk or back seat and it is comfortable. It is definitely good to see that good value for our money is still available as was demonstrated by this chair. The service offered by the company was very respectful, polite and helpful. This web site was a really good find as was the company it belongs to..

I stumbled across Vital Mobility while looking for a Lift chair for my Father. I have since been back to the store to purchase several other items, toilet seat with handels, adjustable bed with rails etc. I have found Vital Mobility's prices to be competitive and the service to be excellent. Your telephone service was so friendly, quick, and helpful. No one else had the mattress we needed in stock, which meant we would have to wait too long.

Should have written sooner to Thank Paul for his excellent service. I bought a hospital bed and a lift chair for my Dad. The prices are great, the service was great and he look after me all the way. Delivery was very quick. It was a stressful time for me but Paul made it very easy. Shop around and you will see that the prices are better here than anywhere else.

My husband & I went to Vital Mobility last March 1st, 2014 at Bathurst location to purchase a transport wheelchair for my sister. I already browsed their website so I have the desired product in mind. We were assisted by Paul that morning & he answered all our questions not just pertaining to the wheelchair we ought to buy but the variety of products in the shop. It was delivered to our house on our suggested date & Paul made sure that he followed the instructions that we have told him. We have to ship the wheelchair w/ gel cushion out of the country & I know my sister will love it! Thanks Paul for the amazing service!

I have just taken delivery of of my pride LL570 lift chair. I ordered it this morning and it was delivered before 2:30 in the afternoon. Claudia was a pleasure to deal with and the experience will have me coming back as the needs arise. The delivery process was perfect and both gentlemen took their time and demonstrated the chair thoroughly. The chair is beyond comfortable. With the heat and vibration options make the chair a spa like experience. Thanks you all for making this experience a great one. I'm going for a nap now.

Thank you again for your fabulous service, I really appreciate your help in making my Mom comfortable while Dad is undergoing surgery. We will be checking into the Delta Chelsea tomorrow (May 29) so an early delivery on Monday (May 30) would be great. We will need the chair until check-out at 11:00 on June 1st. I will make sure that the concierge desk has a copy of the rental contract so they know to expect the chair and will help you put it in Mom's room, since we will be at the hospital most of the day on Monday and won't be at the hotel when the chair arrives.
I can't believe what an incredible service you are providing. Without this amenity Mom would probably not be able to be there to support my Dad while he is in Toronto. You have made a HUGE difference in her stress level and comfort at this difficult time.
