Thank you again for your fabulous service, I really appreciate your help in making my Mom comfortable while Dad is undergoing surgery. We will be checking into the Delta Chelsea tomorrow (May 29) so an early delivery on Monday (May 30) would be great. We will need the chair until check-out at 11:00 on June 1st. I will make sure that the concierge desk has a copy of the rental contract so they know to expect the chair and will help you put it in Mom's room, since we will be at the hospital most of the day on Monday and won't be at the hotel when the chair arrives.
I can't believe what an incredible service you are providing. Without this amenity Mom would probably not be able to be there to support my Dad while he is in Toronto. You have made a HUGE difference in her stress level and comfort at this difficult time.

Thank you so much Bruno. I will recommend your great service to any friends who might be in need in the future. You were incredibly responsive to my needs for my entire stay -troubleshooting to make sure my scooter functioned after some initial difficulty.
Good service ,very friendly people to deal with . The bed was good and realizable priced and if we need anything again we will be sure to call them again.
