I needed a hospital bed for my Dad quickly. He wasn't sleeping after his heart surgery. Valentina spent the time explaining different options and made it easy to decide. I went in on a Thursday and the bed was delivered by Monday. Thanks to Valentina and the entire Vital Mobility staff for their expert service. I would highly recommend them!!!

Bought a hospital bed from the Vaughan location 3 years ago. The controller broke. Service was awesome! Sent someone out the next day. Great guy Eddie...super efficient. Got us the part, installed, made sure all the parts were working. You can buy equipment from anyone...its great service personnel like Eddie who make the difference and make you return.
I went to Vital mobility to purchase a Medical lift chair. Claudia was incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted with a friendly smile…and 15minutes later I was out of there with transaction completed and delivery date. Claudia even went as far as telling me how I can get back the HST on my purchase, which I appreciated very much!!! I will leave another review after chair is delivered and set-up.

They both were so helpful and very knowledgeable when it came to purchasing a hospital bed for my mom. They made it such a pleasant experience for me, and I never once felt forced to buy! My daughter and I went to Vital Mobility on Bathurst St. ,Toronto, on Friday, June 17, 2022, to purchase a walker for her. The lady who helped us (unfortunately I don't remember her name) was amazing and so, so kind and helpful. We got just the right walker at an amazing price and went away very satisfied with the whole experience.

I would like to say thank you to the service technician,Eddie at your Vaughan location. He was able to quickly resolve the problem of my mother's Pride Lift Chair. He also took the time to explain to me how to resolve the problem if it happens again. He is very friendly and knowledgeable.

The company has a wide range of products to meet every need. The service is excellent and the delivery and set-up are exceptional. But best of all is the assistance provided in helping customers select the right products to meet their personal needs. I will never go anywhere else for mobility devices. I'd give them more than 5 stars if that were an option. It has now been a year since my original review, and each encounter I have with Vital Mobility reinforces my high opinion of the company. I needed to get a hospital bed for my Mom whose in an assisted care facility in Toronto while I was in Florida. Valentina communicated directly with the facility to make sure my Mom would get exactly what she needed. Valentina couldn't have been more helpful and the overall service couldn't have been better.
I went to Vital Mobility on Bathurst Street to purchase a lift chair that I needed urgently for my dad, and Carolina was extremely helpful! I had purchased a lift chair elsewhere and was promised a date, which then got delayed by a few weeks and I was not able to wait. Carolina was able to help us find a chair and get it delivered the very next day! So thankful we found this store! Would highly recommend it to anyone in need of mobility equipment!

I had such a great experience. The lovely owner was able help us choose the perfect walker and to adjust the height for my great aunt. He also assured us that they were available for any future adjustments/repairs in the future. It all took less than an hour from the time i called to inquire to the time we paid and left. Im so glad I chose vital mobility bathurst location and its a family business to boot!
I just left Vital Mobility at 3537 Bathurst Street in Toronto. I was initially impressed with their website and how easy it was to access so much information, such as detailed product info , as well as product availability. This information, was very much appreciated. I am having double knee replacement surgery and Carolina was an absolute delight to deal with. She has great knowledge about the products she sells and is the epitome of what customer service is all about. Vital Mobility is now my go to place for Home Health Care and I would highly recommend this business, to anyone.

Mr Rzeznikiewiz provided superb service -- it was amazing. I bought the FOXTR scooter from Amazon and it came damaged. Mr Rzeznikiewiz took the time to help me; providing me with a complementary replacement part, taking the time to offer alternative suggestions, and speaking to me over the phone many times. The scooter is now fixed and running smoothly. I am very grateful for Mr Rzeznikiewiz's help and I will recommend this place for my other friends. Thanks!
