I've been dealing with Vital Mobility since early 2022 when my parents' declining health led me to them. They have been a Godsend. While Vital Mobility is obviously a business selling product and services, the way they run the business and the care they take with us is very comforting. They help. They do not push. They exhibit such patience and compassion in our dealings. More than once, I found myself on the phone being persuaded by them that there was a less expensive option to what I was seeking from them. And when things are urgent, as they can be, they have gone out of their way to get things to us quickly - as in same day - without seeking to capitalize on the opportunity. This is not to say they aren't running a business concerned with revenue. We pay not a small amount monthly for what they provide. But they treat us fairly, honestly and with good will. Many companies tout that they are a "family business". This one is, and feels like what that should mean.

Claudia at the Vaughan location was a great help to me in selecting the right bed, mattress and lift chair for my mother. I went with the Medline Med Lite bed and the Pride VivaLift Metro 2 PLR925 Lift Chair. I elected to assemble them myself. The lift chair was pretty straightforward. The bed was pretty simple as well but I did need to call into store for some assistance and Bruno was more than happy to offer assistance! The written instructions aren't the greatest but I found a YouTube video made by one of Vital Mobility's installers that was helpful. Overall I had a pleasant experience since this was the first time I have ever had to buy a medical bed or chair and I would recommend you give Vital Mobility a chance.

Vital Mobility provides such incredible service and customer care!!! I've rented scooters and rollators from them over the years, and finally went ahead and purchased an amazing dual-rollator/transport chair from them, and it's just a dream come true! As a young person with physical disabilities, it is so hard to be taken seriously, and so many medical equipment and mobility aid stores are cold, clinical and rude. Vital Mobility has consistently treated me with dignity and respect, their services and products have been impeccable and the real human beings who work there are kind and compassionate. Could not recommend more!

I live in Florida, my brother lives in Niagara Falls, Ontario. I wanted to surprise him with a mobility scooter after trying many places in or near Niagara without success I tried Vital Mobility Medical Supplies. Carolina R. was amazing. She helped me get the correct size and best-priced scooter for my brother. Then went the extra step to ensure the scooter was delivered the same day I arrived in Canada. Without her help, there would be no surprise for my brother. Can't thank her and Vital enough for the excellent service.

I contacted Vital Mobility in a rush as my father had a stroke and was admitted to the hospital and I wasn't given a clear discharge date. I appreciate Carolina for her subject matter expertise on the beds and the mattresses required but also for her being empathetic to my urgent requirement and providing the bed within 24 hours.
