Eddie responded to the call regarding a problem with an air mattress that did not inflate properly, causing much discomfort and hampering the work of the PSWs. He arrived exactly at the promised time and was able to identify the source of the problem in short order. What impressed me was Eddie's willingness to explain the inner workings of the mattress and how they functioned. Who knew the control panel had a filter that needed to be cleaned? Thanks to Eddie, I now know.. He was able to improvise a repair to the broken part and tested it thoroughly to ensure it would hold up. Before leaving, he also instructed me on how to calibrate the panel for maximum comfort. It is not often one encounters a technician so friendly and willing to share his knowledge with a client. "I bought a Nexus walker from Bruno. What a great guy adjusted the height right there. At this point I was using my broken walker. Bruno helped me load it into my Jeep. I went to work and noticed my brake wasn't working. I called Vital left message. Carolina called me back first thing told me to expect a technician to call me so we could try to trouble shoot the problem over the phone. We couldn't. He came by and the walker had a broken piece. Eddy called back to order the part. Carolina suggested to get the part from the store instead of me waiting. Eddy took my walker fixed brought it back promptly. Great communication between them and me. I was kept in the loop at all times."

Excellent Canadian service! The office staff were helpful right from the start and arranged for available discounts as well as installation of all the equipment. The service and installation representatives took care to keep our home clean and they took away all the packing so I didn’t have to cart boxes outside. Eddie installed the SuperPole with Trapeze and showed me how to adjust or even move the pole if necessary in the future. All of the people who came to our home were friendly, polite, professional, and careful. I am confident that everything was put together safely and properly. Purchased new bed for my dad. Wanted to see how the longer bed rails looked and worded. Instead of taking me to a website they called technician who came to the retail area immediately to show me.

Wonderful experience! My Mom got a chance to try out a few mobility scooters in the store, with the knowledgeable and friendly staff offering good advice, while making sure that it would fit her needs and that she was able to operate it safely. The delivery experience was also prompt and friendly, with a spotless machine ready to go in her apartment. Highly recommended.
I am a live-in family caregiver and my Mother needed a new hospital bed. Since I had purchased various products from Vital Mobility in the past I decided to purchase her new bed from them because of their wide selection, pricing, user friendly website and excellent customer service. My family's experience with Vital Mobility was wonderful. We called them first thing in the morning and were most fortunate to get Carolina as our rep. So I just received mine yesterday, so this is an early review, nonetheless, I wanted to get a review in.
The delivery was flawless as your guys are completely professional (I'm within their territory so I selected White Glove Delivery btw).
The chair...well, I guess it's kinda "ok". Alright, that was a bald-faced lie, the chair is absolutely fantastic!! I simply can't get over how literally transformative this chair will be for my daily usage.
Plus, it's incredibly comfortable, everywhere from sitting up to fully reclined. To finally have found a chair that's long enough for me is so great too (I'm 6'1" but it seems every chair on the market is targeted at much shorter people).

She was very helpful and knowledgeable and gave us all the information that we needed to feel comfortable making a decision. We ended up buying it over the phone later that week and picked the chair up from the Vaughan warehouse the next day - the whole process was incredibly easy and efficient.
