Claudia, Bruno and Valentina were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable with all the products. We arrived with an acute situation that required immediate equipment for our mother Mafalda, who had fractured her ribs resulting from a fall and Claudia greeted us with warmth, empathy and compassion and ensured that we received everything promptly for our mother to use. We returned to Vital Mobility for additional equipment and every time the service was outstanding. We would highly recommend Vital Mobility to any of our friends and family. I had purchased several items online. Everything shipped promptly as expected. I had an issue with one item – raised toilet seat which was too small (no fault of theirs). So being nearby, I went into the Vaughan store to return it. I was told that because of sanitary and safety reasons, it could not be returned. I was upset and told them to keep it. They then took the time and patience to explain why they have that policy in place. Although I was upset, it made sense to me. They continued to take the time to inform me and provide different options to solve my problem. At this point, I believe they went above and beyond to help me out. Bottom line: I walked out of there very happy and completely satisfied with their service. I highly recommend Vital Mobility. They are good people who can be trusted to take care of you. Claudia greeted me warmly when I walked into their store. I was in need of in-home equipment for an elderly parent. She was knowledgeable, offered good advice and answered all of my questions. Claudia was also honest about what in-home equipment worked and what would be a waste of money, or offered alternatives.

My wife’s mobility has deteriorated quite a bit for some time. Going out with her walker became more difficult. In order for us to go out together we decided on the Airgo Lightweight transport chair.. It has been a great decision and we are very happy we went to Vital Mobility. The service is great and we paid a much lower price than we would have paid in Barrie. It is only a 40 minute drive down the 400. We highly recommend this company.

I had a very positive experience with this company. I chatted online with Val and got some useful advice. I visited the store at Bathurst and the employee there was very helpful. She even contacted Bruno who gave me some great suggestions. I subsequently called the company and Claudia went over and beyond to help me choose the best wheelchair for my mother. On the whole, the company provided excellent customer service. I particularly liked that Claudia called me back as she promised and that’s always a plus with me.
