Valentina at Vital Mobility went out of her way to assist me in the purchase, delivery and set up of the second lift chair we purchased for my in laws. Our experience with this company 2 years ago when we purchased the first lift chair was very positive and we did not hesitate to go there a second time. Would recommend Vital to friends and family.

I purchased my Go Go Traveller scooter from Vital Mobility. This is not the first time I have purchased from vital mobility and will definitely not be the last. Bruno and the company goes above and beyond in helping choosing the correct item required. Words cannot describe how grateful and thankful I am to them. Thank you a million times!!

I received excellent customer service from the staff at the Bathurst store. Valentina and Luisa were so understanding and accommodating with my request on a recent purchase of a wheeled commode for my mother.Thank you for your patience and kindness. Teresa Comiskey

Just received my foxTR smart chair. Prompt service and at a good price. This is one of the best light weight folding chairs on the market. Should last many years. Thanks for the great service. Bob

First I purchased a power recliner and was delighted when delivery was so fast. I also needed a new power scooter and was able to receive that within days of purchase. I chose Vital Mobility because they service what they sell and, most importantly, they are a family owned business.
