First I purchased a power recliner and was delighted when delivery was so fast. I also needed a new power scooter and was able to receive that within days of purchase. I chose Vital Mobility because they service what they sell and, most importantly, they are a family owned business.

Words cannot express the gratitude I have to Claudia and Bruno. Claudia was so patient, caring and knowledgeable that she made the overwhelming purchases I had to make for my parents an absolute joy. Bruno and Claudia go above and beyond to find the right products and ensure that the delivery and installation are perfect. This is truly a family owned business that treats you like family! Thank you both so much!

We purchased an electric scooter for Judy who is an amputee, now she has more freedom to move about by herself. We found Claudia very informative and knowledgeable of her products ,very helpful and compassionate, we certainly recommend their business when looking for medical equipment.

Great product, quick delivery

I have purchased an electric lift chair, transport chair and today, a commode chair for my husband from Vital Mobility. Everyone I have dealt with has been helpful, patient, knowledgeable and caring. I had not had the same experience with other companies in the past. Once I started using Vital Mobility, I would not consider using any other company. Dealing with health issues in the home is never easy–these kind people make it a lot easier and do so with ease. I highly recommend them for any equipment needs. Many thanks to them all!

Though a fairly simple transaction (I rented a hospital bed for my partner to aid in the recovery of a fairly major abdominal surgery), everything went super smooth which I greatly appreciated. I had done some online research and called a competitor closer to where I live, and decided to rent from Vitality. Claudia was super patient with answering my questions, and the dropoff/pickup process was also smooth sailing. Diligent, professional and genuinely committed to customer satisfaction….thank you!

I was very pleased with the informative options given at the Vaughan Office prior to renting the needed equipment and attentive service and reliable performance of the electronic hospital bed and aerated mattress that I rented. When I decided to do an outright purchase, the price was adjusted to credit part of the monthly rental payments. I highly recommend Vital Mobility.

Luisa and Lydia at Vital Mobility Supplies are excellent! I bought a Go Go Folding scooter here and the service was excellent, unlike other companies, everyone in this store knows how their products work! I would totally recommend this location to anyone needing assistive devices! They are also cheaper than the local competition!

Great service from salesperson and the scooter was delivered the next day. Very happy and scooter is gorgeous.

I would like to say that the staff and the owners are well put together. I was throughly impressed with their professionalism and work ethic. Being a retired military man I have grown use to punctuality and performance and no excuses, just get the job done! As being the only child it is difficult to watch your parents fade as they age however it is a normal cycle life. With Vital Mobility they give you a great “peace of mind ” when it comes to choosing a product to assist with a parent that has earned the right to a dignified and comfortable life. I would highly recommend this company to anybody because they really treat you like family and they are more interested in a quality of life rather than the bottom line. Special thanks to Luisa and Lydia for everything.
