This place is Fantastic! Had to get a new bed for my Mother & was in & out in no time with a fabulous new mattress, great price for a great product, loaded right into the back of my car without hesitation. Mom loves her new mattress & I love the Wonderful Customer Service that this business has provided. Wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend Vital Mobility to anyone.

this is the second time I rent a scooter for my mom from Vital Mobility, they are so friendly and professional, the products they have are so clean and they have the newest scooters and other medical products, prices are reasonable, I definitely recommend this place for medical supplies and I don’t need to look for another place

Hello: We visited the Vaughan location and the staff could not have been more helpful and put myself and my parents at ease. My dad needed a walker and he found a fabulous one that met all of his needs. It is lightweight and as the site staff said – “It is the Ferrari of walkers” but not the Ferrari pricing. My dad has been using it for awhile now and he loves it. We wish to thank the staff for their understanding, patience and expertise.

This store provides excellent customer service! We purchased several items and even though we stayed way past closing time, Brittany was patient and did not rush us. She was very knowledgeable about the products and recommended us to buy what we need vs what’s most expensive. Spoke several times with store reps on the phone and they were all very helpful. The owner delivered the products personally and ensured that everything was ok. Very satisfied and would recommend to others!

I was in urgent need of a cryo cuff for my husband’s knee. He had just had surgery but no one had mentioned the benefits of getting one of these cuffs prior to it. So now I needed one right away but absolutely nobody I called had one in stock, though they were all happy to order one for me.. it would only take a week or two to arrive… Luckily I then found Vital Mobility, who had them fully stocked, in all sizes. A short drive later and I had what I needed in hand. Added bonus.. It was on sale! Almost 30% less than prices I was quoted elsewhere. Top that off with extremely friendly and knowledgeable service and I’ve now found my future go-to for all my health care supply needs!

We are tourists from Europe and we needed a wheelchair to be on site in the hotel after our flight arrival and to be picked up at another hotel after we left again. The Feedback from Claudia was fast and on the point what we needed so i rented. Everything went as promised and agreed upon before our trip.
