I ordered a lift from Vital Mobility ( a Protekt Take-A-Long), the price was very competitive. It came from Ontario to British Columbia and arrived in excellent condition. I had a minor start up issue which was quickly addressed. They even helped me determine the type of sling I needed. Their service and support is excellent.

Claudia, Carolina and Bruno went above and beyond resolving a issue with no hesitation to resolve the problem and come up with a better alternative, this type of customer service is hard to find Thanks for everything

I rented a knee scooter after I broke my ankle. It was extremely helpful, providing easy mobility both in and outside my home. I appreciate that it was available for short-term rental, and would recommend it to anyone with an ankle or leg cast.

I required a lift chair due to surgery and from start to finish I would recommend this company to rent you a lift chair.
The staff, easy to deal with, delivery , seamless and the chair was clean and reliable.
