It was a pleasure doing business with your company. I had two good experiences, from the time I called to find out if you had the cryo icemaker, Mr Rzeznikiewiz asked me where I was, he then told me to go to the store on Bathurst, when I arrived the machine was waiting and ready. The sales associate took a machine and showed me exactly how to use it. It worked well, however last week the connection stopped working, Valentina told me to come to the Vaughan store and she would replace the lid. Its not often that you get such great service. Thank you.

Very satisfied with their service. I was able to arrange to rent a transport chair on short notice and have since converted it to a purchase with the rental cost deducted from the sale price. All very efficient and pleasant. Much appreciated.

I received excellent customer service from Ligia. She ordered me a product for my surgery and the extra efforts she made to get it on time were highly appreciated. Thank you so much Ligia for all the help. I will recommend others to order products from them as they provide the best services in GTA

Honest, informative, sensitive, reliable. These are words you can feel comfortable associating with Vital Mobility, Concord. They are a family run outfit and i had the privilege of dealing with both Claudia and Bruno. Even after sale service, they took ownership for something that could arguably been our fault and rather than hide and finger point….. They went out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. Brilliant and rare these days to be sure. My sisters and i recommend Vital Mobility without hesitation!

Outstanding!
For anyone with a disability or a loved one who does…. Vital Mobility, Concord is the place to go.
Its a family run business so they have a vested interest. They know their product and will patiently review your needs and recommend accordingly and honestly.
We’ve also had occasion to require after sale care and Bruno did not hesitate to take care of us swiftly and courteously!

Honestly…. its been a while since I’ve seen a company take ownership and responsibility and I recommend them without hesitation!!!

‘Nuff said.

It is very rare, these days, to experience the kind of wonderful customer service I recently received, when I went to Vital Mobility in Vaughan. Lydia was extremely knowledgable and helped me receive the lovely lift chair (in record time) I needed ASAP for my 89 year old Mum.

My experience with Valentina at the Bathurst location was extremely positive. Not only is she knowledgeable, but she cares about ensuring complete customer satisfaction end to end. The bed we ordered did not fit in the elevator and when she was advised, she came over immediately to assess the situation with her delivery team. Her father Bruno also came and together it was decided they would take the very heavy bed up three floors. The next day, the delivery team and Bruno were back and successfully placed the bed. What a relief for my brother who is the owner of the bed. He could not be happier with his new Harmony bed!! There are not many businesses who would go to the lengths these folks did.

AAA service. Great product. Fast delivery.

I am very satisfied with Vital Mobility in Vaughan. They were courtious and very helpful to find what we needed. The hospital bed was delivered within 48 hrs. The installation was done rapidly and well done.

Very happy with my choice to purchase from Vital Mobility. They we very helpful without any pressure and they were kind enough to assemble my scooter for me so I could transport it myself.
