I would like to thank Bruno who works in Vaughan for his excellent dedication in helping me with my problem. He has shown a very effective and professional method for handling complaints.

They have everything you need as far as medical supplies.. very clean and open space. The technician there had also helped to fix my dads electric wheelchair and didn’t charge a penny. They didn’t even sell that wheelchair but still provided assistance. So nice of the gentleman, and saved us a lot Of money. I Highly recommend this place for all medical needs!!!

Just wanted to give a big shout out to the folks at vital mobility
I recently purchase a a wrangler scooter and had some issues with it from the beginning .
2 of the wheels went flat ,,,,,,it was an awful situation and something I couldn’t deal with myself , nor should I have had too.
Bruno the owner kept in touch with me and kept me updated on what needed to be done .
In the end he came to my house , took the scooter away and did what needed to be done and then some ….won’t go into all the details .
Now have a battery problem which he again stepped up and took care of immediately .
It’s great to know that in this day and age ,,,,quality service is still available .
I run a service company and know all about quality service .
These guys are great.
I highly recommend them.

It wasn’t their fault that there were issues with my scooter ,but they looked after me and I will do further business with them .

Valentina went the extra mile for us. My mother in law is 92 and she broke her shoulder a week ago. So we needed to get her a proper bed for her long term care. We live in Cambridge Ontario which is a bit of a drive from their office in Toronto; however, Valentina made it work for us and the bed + accessories, delivery & set up will be done in 3 days!! How FAB is that!! We are extremely impressed with VitalMobility and highly recommend their service for your loved ones. Cheers

But best of all is the assistance provided in helping customers select the right products to meet their personal needs. I will never go anywhere else for mobility devices.
