At the end, he also gave us a few more general trouble shoot reminders on how to use the bed. Eddie was personable, professional, and reassuring. When you have a hospital bed in the home for a loved one, you know you need it and it’s gotten to that stage in life where that’s the only option for you. By the time the service technician arrives, you’re worried about the outcome and how your loved one is going to sleep that night if the bed doesn’t get fixed. So, when you have someone like Eddie show up who’s pleasant and knowledgeable and experienced, you immediately feel at ease like things are going to be okay.
