Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

I purchased the VitaFlex Elite bed for my mom after lengthy discussions with Ligia & my mom’s OT. Ligia was very professional, patient & helpful & knowledgeable and was in fact the reason why I decided to go with Vital Mobility. Thank you, Ligia for answering all my questions and for being so patient. L

This company has been around for years and the staff here has been always helpful. We came in today looking for a wheelchair not knowing too much and Caroline educated us with her knowledge and we are happy on our purchase. The wheelchair was light, easy to fold up and maneuvers smoothly.

Fantastic products and service!

The technician Eddie came by to fix the issue and was in and out in a jiff. He was very kind and the service was professionally executed. I appreciate him being able to diagnose the problem and get the bed back working quickly.

I had to return a faulty remote, and it was as simple as walking in and explaining what happened and Claudia fixed my problem. Thank you so much for all your help and dedication, and will always come here for business!

I live in Florida, my brother lives in Niagara Falls, Ontario. I wanted to surprise him with a mobility scooter after trying many places in or near Niagara without success I tried Vital Mobility Medical Supplies. Carolina R. was amazing. She helped me get the correct size and best-priced scooter for my brother. Then went the extra step to ensure the scooter was delivered the same day I arrived in Canada. Without her help, there would be no surprise for my brother. Can’t thank her and Vital enough for the excellent service.
