I was looking for a Hospital Bed and I found Vital Mobility on Bing. I contacted Ligia and she was great. Helped me understand the differences among some options, price points and features. I choose the right one. The price was the best in the market and they had it in stock. I considered buying an used one, but after my research and the services Vital Mobility provide it make sense to buy a new one. From now on Vital Mobility will be my 1st option.

We needed a replacement lift chair in a hurry for my Mother-in-law. We contacted Vital Mobility in Vaughn to make sure they had the one we wanted. We explained to the sales rep. Valentina that we were coming from Pickering and that the boxed chair would not fit in our car. She said “no problem”. By the time we arrived, she had the chair moved down from warehouse storage, unboxed and ready to go. We were able to fit all of the pieces in our small SUV. The transaction was smooth and quick. The chair was also on sale which was a bonus. My Mother-in-law is very comfortable and happy with her new chair after a small learning curve on how to use the new remote which included a memory button feature to assist her with getting to her most comfortable position. Service in the store was excellent in the choosing and purchasing of a lift chair. The delivery and assembly of the lift chair was thorough. I highly recommend Vital Mobility Medical Supplies.

They found the problem very fast and repaired it immediately. My scooter was available the next day. The mobility place I took it in the first place didn’t know what they were doing. They were the ones that did the damage when they changed the batteries.
