The hospital bed helped me tremendously with my recovery from shoulder surgery. However, I did find that because of my large size and weight, that the premium rental mattress I had ordered was a bit too soft from age. I called these guys to ask them for a solution and within two hours on a Saturday morning, the boss had personally delivered a brand new mattress to my house. It really was great service that was much appreciated. Should you ever have any issues with their products or services I suggest giving them a call as I expect they will remedy it immediately. They really seem to care about their customers.

Had a wonderful experience at Vital Mobility Vaughan. Carolina introduced herself immediately and her expertise about the mobility products was impressive and helpful. We were only expecting to browse but we left with a new FOXTR 1 scooter and we made a new friend.

My wife and I are heading to Italy in October 2023 and we need to deal with my recently acquired and permanent mobility issues.
