Our team will ask about the room, the person using it and how long you’ll need it. Then we deliver, set it up where you want it, and show you how it works before we leave.
Newmarket customers usually visit our Concord head office, right by Vaughan Mills off Hwy 400. Sit in the lift chairs, test-drive a scooter and compare hospital beds side by side. Parking is free.

Most Newmarket orders arrive within 1–2 business days. Our technicians bring the equipment in, assemble it, place it where you need it and walk you through the basics. That goes for houses, condos, retirement homes and long-term care.
Delivery and setup are charged separately, based on distance. If something isn’t working later, call us: we provide on-site support for the equipment we sell.

Yes. Showroom lift chairs start around $1,699, and we can order in other models from $1,049. Come in and sit in a few, or test-drive a scooter in the store.
Yes, with a prescription. Email it to info@vitalmobility.ca or bring it into the store, and the GST/HST comes off.
