Claudia was very helpful and knowledgeable about finding the bed and mattress I needed. She presented multiple options and explained the pros and cons of each option. Delivery and setup was fast and hassle free. It was a good buying experience from start to end. I would recommend Vital Mobility to anyone needing equipment they sell.

We bought some supplies for our parents today and the sisters running this place were super nice and helpful! A lot of care and concern were demonstrated by them plus they took the time to demonstrate how the medical device work. This is the place medical supplies for your loved ones!

I would recommend visiting Vital Mobility in Vaughan. Valentina was very helpful. She helped me with picking out a suitable rollader. It was a 1 hour drive and well worth it. I will be going back for a second Rollader for my car soon. Thank you for acceptional customer service. Linda

I recently purchased an electric bed from Vital Mobility, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Initially, I was disappointed that their Ajax office wasn’t operational. However, my experience quickly turned around after speaking with Claudia. Claudia was excellent—kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly dedicated. She went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect bed for my mother. Thanks to her efforts, I was able to purchase the bed and pick it up the same day. The team, including the gentleman who kindly helped load the bed into my vehicle, was fantastic. They made the process smooth and stress-free. Doing business with Vital Mobility today was a pleasure, and I highly recommend them!

Where should I start, my moms thought that Claudia was very knowledgeable, explained everything thoroughly and answered all questions, we could tell that she cared about what she sales and stands behind her product, we also felt she cared about the needs of the customer which helped us choose the right lift chair, I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone in need of mobility or personal service equipment to help there lives be a bit more comfortable, once again thank you Claudia you gained a customer for life.

We sourced Vital Mobility online with their very good reviews. We found Claudia and her husband so very helpful. they demonstrated the medical recliner , outlined the features and options available, they assisted in us trying the recliner and ultimately our purchase. Excellent I would recommend them to anyone.
