Ligia was most helpful in giving all info on the product & the actual cost. By trying the mobile scooter in the showroom, it helped to clearly assess the suitability of the patron. We were given ample time to make a decision on purchase –no hard sell. Delivery man was friendly & on time. Great experience with Vital Mobility
Had everything I needed before hip surgery!!! Knowledgeable staff! Easy in and out!!!
The entire process was very simple. The bed and mattress were delivered on time and easily assembled . The products are good quality and like new. The gentlemen that delivered our bed were very knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommend!
I would not hesitate to recommend Vital Mobility Vaughan to anyone. Claudia was so helpful at a time that was very stressful and I appreciated her guidance very much.Upon delivery of my mom’s wheelchair, (apologies I can’t remember his name!) – the excellent customer service continued. Thank you so much!
The price for my scooter was the best . The staff was extremely courteous and response to my questions were quick.
Excellent chair. It has made a world of difference in a good way for me.
For an aging population requiring more and more services and equipment, VitalMobility is the
go-to centre for seniors and others, too, who have such needs. The Vaughan location was a totally satisfying experience both in the excellence of the staff and in the clean, new premises & inventory. My 98-year old mother’s comfort and recovery were certainly made easier by the service and quality products I bought/purchased there. Thank you Claudia, owner/manager, for your personal attentiveness and dedication.

Very helpful and polite. Professional service. They knew their products well and explained how it worked in a friendly manner. Highly recommended. Thanks for your service
Excellent service even though I couldn’t get to the store. So all online. Recliner chair very expensive but superb quality. “Most wonderful chair ever” according to new occupant
We purchased a power lift chair for my father and it worked out perfectly. No complaints. Very comfortable and easy to use.
The technician who installed my mother’s hospital bed was courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. It has worked well for the 5 months we have had it.
Vital Mobility was amazing!! The cane holder clip for my father’s mobile folding chair got damaged on a flight. I required a new one and they did everything they could to help and provided me with the part and solution. It was a small thing but they made every effort!! incredible service and kindness with the whole staff!! a pleasure to deal with and recommend them to everyone. a first class company.
The owners have provided excellent knowledge with their products
This family-run business offers a ‘complete package’: excellent communication, follow-up throughout. Pricing of products (a power chair) was as discussed (no ‘additional’ fees, etc.), delivery as scheduled, fully ready to unwrap and use. I have no hesitation recommending Vital Mobility to anyone. I would underscore their accessibility (by email or telephone) as an added piece that one rarely encounters in today’s business world.
