My age related handicaps had been relentlessly advancing which negatively impacted my mobility. Eventually I reached the decision that I needed a power wheelchair – one capable of handling my higher than normal weight. This was a big decision.

I researched chairs on the internet. The model I chose was available from a number of websites – some of them in the USA. I was pleased to see that there was a local supplier – Vital Mobility. Prices were in Canadian dollars and there were real people in Canada that I could talk to.

Bruno at Vital Mobility made my purchase easy. He was empathetic and understanding. This chair has made an enormous improvement to my mobility and to my life. I am so happy to have made this decision.

My chair was delivered a few days later – without any packaging for me to dispose of. (This is a big issue for me. Getting rid of all the cardboard is a constant challenge.). A short time after my acquisition, I (carelessly) damaged my chair. Bruno’s after sales service was superb. It is now fixed – same as new.

Making the decision to acquire this chair was a major change in my life. I am pleased that during this upheaval, I was able to deal with a person and a company that I feel I can trust.
