Where should I start, my moms thought that Claudia was very knowledgeable, explained everything thoroughly and answered all questions, we could tell that she cared about what she sales and stands behind her product, we also felt she cared about the needs of the customer which helped us choose the right lift chair, I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone in need of mobility or personal service equipment to help there lives be a bit more comfortable, once again thank you Claudia you gained a customer for life.

Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about transport chairs. They had a large selection (more than other stores we went to) and they had the chairs in stock already assembled. Chairs were all reasonably priced!

Highly recommend them since they were so sincere in making sure I knew all of our options and could select the right chair for our needs. They also have a full selection of other devices to assist with mobility issues. Great store!

Omg this place is awesome my mom had a bad experience with wellwise and after a horrible experience we found this gem. The service from start to end was amazing they answer their phones! Yes a live person and very knowledgeable on their products. We ended buying a walker for my mom I really appreciate it and recommended it!

Vital Mobility staff especially Bruno at the Vaughan location were very cordial and helpful in assessing the air mattress and pump I brought in. Tried some troubleshooting scenarios, but decided the best option was to buy a new complete unit. Good advice and everything is working well!

My mother bought her first motorized wheel chair from another company. For the last 4 months she has been trying to get a new battery to no avail. She finally gave up and we started looking for a new chair for her. I work all week and could not drive her around except on weekends. Vital Mobility was the ONLY place that supplies wheel chairs that was actually open on a Saturday. As soon as we walked in Valentina and and her sister (I really wish I could remember her name, she was very helpful) were right there to help us and answer any questions we had. Final transaction could not have gone smoother and we walked out with a wheel chair my mother is proud to show off at the senior’s home.
