I just want to say thank you to Claudia and Bruno at Vital Mobility for their exceptional customer service. They both were so helpful and very knowledgeable when it came to purchasing a hospital bed for my mom. They made it such a pleasant experience for me, and I never once felt forced to buy! I will definitely be going back for any future purchases for my mom. Thank you again!

My daughter and I went to Vital Mobility on Bathurst St. ,Toronto, on Friday, June 17, 2022, to purchase a walker for her. The lady who helped us (unfortunately I don’t remember her name) was amazing and so, so kind and helpful. We got just the right walker at an amazing price and went away very satisfied with the whole experience.

I would like to say thank you to the service technician,Eddie at your Vaughan location. He was able to quickly resolve the problem of my mother’s Pride Lift Chair. He also took the time to explain to me how to resolve the problem if it happens again. He is very friendly and knowledgeable.

The service was excellent. They answered all my questions in a timely manner and the delivery was just as great. I will definitely be a repeat customer for any future equipment required.
