Bought a hospital bed from the Vaughan location 3 years ago. The controller broke. Service was awesome! Sent someone out the next day. Great guy Eddie…super efficient. Got us the part, installed, made sure all the parts were working. You can buy equipment from anyone…its great service personnel like Eddie who make the difference and make you return.

I went to Vital mobility to purchase a Medical lift chair. Claudia was incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted with a friendly smile…and 15minutes later I was out of there with transaction completed and delivery date. Claudia even went as far as telling me how I can get back the HST on my purchase, which I appreciated very much!!! I will leave another review after chair is delivered and set-up.
