Vital mobility staff especially Bruno at the vaughn location were very cordial and helpful in assessing the air mattress and pump I brought in. Tried some troubleshooting scenarios, but decided the best option was to buy a new complete unit.

My mother bought her first motorized wheel chair from another company. For the last 4 months she has been trying to get a new battery to no avail. She finally gave up and we started looking for a new chair for her. I work all week and could not drive her around except on weekends. Vital Mobility was the ONLY place that supplies wheel chairs that was actually open on a Saturday. As soon as we walked in Valentina and and her sister (I really wish I could remember her name, she was very helpful) were right there to help us and answer any questions we had. Final transaction could not have gone smoother and we walked out with a wheel chair my mother is proud to show off at the senior’s home. I rented a hospital bed for several months. The telephone rep Ligia was very polite and helpful in placing the order. The delivery team came as scheduled, and were very cordial and efficient, and took extra care not to damage the walls or floor. Thank you Vital Mobility!!!

Claudia at the Vaughan location was a great help to me in selecting the right bed, mattress and lift chair for my mother. I went with the Medline Med Lite bed and the Pride VivaLift Metro 2 PLR925 Lift Chair. I elected to assemble them myself. The lift chair was pretty straightforward. The bed was pretty simple as well but I did need to call into store for some assistance and Bruno was more than happy to offer assistance! The written instructions aren’t the greatest but I found a YouTube video made by one of Vital Mobility’s installers that was helpful. Overall I had a pleasant experience since this was the first time I have ever had to buy a medical bed or chair and I would recommend you give Vital Mobility a chance.

Vital Mobility is a family business run by a group of caring and compassionate people! I am new to these needs (for my elderly father) and everyone who I spoke with (mom who took my call, dad who helped me in the showroom, and daughter who helped me when it came to pay) were patient and kind. I learned a lot and left with a perfect solution for our needs. I definitely will return if I ever need any other aids like they offer!
