We had a great experience purchasing a hospital bed from Vital Mobility. The staff was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable, taking the time to explain our options and answer all of our questions. Pricing was competitive, which we appreciated.

Delivery and installation were completed on time and handled in a very professional manner. As an added bonus, they disassembled the temporary bed we had been using and neatly placed it in the garage, which was a huge help.

Overall, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend Vital Mobility to anyone looking for mobility aids for their home.

Vital Mobility on Bathurst was so easy to deal with. I found them online and their website was clear and easy to follow. I was able to find the ice machine that I needed for my knee surgery recovery with ease and it was a good price. The lady who worked in the store was friendly and efficient when I showed up at the store and it was easy to park right in front.

The staff was wonderful and able to access a floor model of the electric wheelchair we wanted and was able to bring it in within days for us to try with no pressure.

I went in initially to assess the medical beds for my mom and then brought her to try them out. Claudia and her daughters were helpful and informative and quickly made arrangements for the bed to be delivered AND setup in 2 days! The service guys were great! Quick, efficient and cleaned up after the setup – AND my parents were pleased with the interaction.
I cannot recommend Vital Mobility enough!

Claudia and her husband at the head office in Vaughan were extremely helpful and kind when I came in to find a power lift chair for my mom, who needed it urgently. We found a chair for a great sale price and they also shared which equipment their own ageing parents found the most comfortable. A very friendly, welcoming environment created by great customer service!
