Vital Mobility has a good and easy to navigate website. I bought a Nexus 3 rollator, and getting answers to questions I had was easy, both online and over the phone. Once I bought the rollator, it arrived in four days, not including a weekend. I couldn’t put the handles on the rollator myself, so I drove to the Toronto store and the staff were very helpful in putting them in for me.

I purchased a walker online after calling for information. Very pleased with the service including quick delivery.

Very convenient. Ordered a lift chair on line and had it delivered. The customer service staff were very friendly and accommodating. The chair was delivered and assembled. The only minor complaint I would have is that we had to wait a week for the delivery to be scheduled although the chair was in stock. Other than the delay, everything was good.
