I ordered a lift from Vital Mobility ( a Protekt Take-A-Long), the price was very competitive. It came from Ontario to British Columbia and arrived in excellent condition. I had a minor start up issue which was quickly addressed. They even helped me determine the type of sling I needed. Their service and support is excellent.

Claudia, Carolina and Bruno went above and beyond resolving a issue with no hesitation to resolve the problem and come up with a better alternative, this type of customer service is hard to find Thanks for everything

I rented a knee scooter after I broke my ankle. It was extremely helpful, providing easy mobility both in and outside my home. I appreciate that it was available for short-term rental, and would recommend it to anyone with an ankle or leg cast.

I required a lift chair due to surgery and from start to finish I would recommend this company to rent you a lift chair.
The staff, easy to deal with, delivery , seamless and the chair was clean and reliable.

We had a lovely experience. Coming to the store wanting to purchase a Lift Chair, we were greeted as we entered and assisted right away. The knowledge and guidance to pick out the perfect chair was so helpful. Delivery was seamless as well. Definitely recommend!

They are very professional efficient. They come in and install it nicely and pick up. was perfect for what I needed it for and very comfortable.

We had such a wonderful experience working with Vital Mobility. From our very first meeting, their team made us feel comfortable and supported during a process that was completely new to us. That level of care truly means so much, especially when you’re making important decisions for a loved one and aren’t sure which product is the right fit.

I especially want to thank Carolina, who went above and beyond to guide us every step of the way. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely compassionate, which made all the difference.

Although this was our first time working with them, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Vital Mobility to any of my family or friends in need of mobility products. If I could give them 10 stars, I absolutely would, but 5 will have to do!

Exceptional customer service, very pleasant staff

I was shopping for my uncle who was moving to an assisted living situation. Karolina provided the BEST customer service i have ever experienced. She was extremely knowledgeable about all the products and was able to recommend the perfect options. I will definitely go back to Vital Mobility in the future.

Excellemt customer setvice by knowlegeable staff.

It was a pleasure ordering a hospital bed and mattress from Vital Mobility in Vaughan. Although I encountered issues on their website related to delivery charges, they were so helpful over the phone that I forgot about my frustrations with their website issue.

As well, on the day of the delivery, the team was very careful and very respectful of the place.

Highly recommend this business to others looking for medical products!

Especially my last piece of equipment I purchased from Vital Mobility really changed my comfort I feel no more pain or discomfort I can rest day and night without pain.

I had a fantastic purchasing experience at VitalMobility. The staff were incredibly helpful and took the time to help me select the right lift chair for my needs. They had a wide variety of products on the floor that I could try, which made the decision process much easier. There was one particular chair I was interested in that wasn’t on display, and Valentina went above and beyond by taking me into the warehouse and temporarily setting it up so I could try it out. That level of care and effort really stood out. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, and very cooperative. I highly recommend VitalMobility.

Claudia was wonderful to deal with! She took the time to understand what was needed, provided options and answered all questions. Highly recommend Vital Mobility!
