Top notch service! Needing to purchase a wheelchair and cushion following a recent accident, we found the staff at Vital Mobility to be extremely helpful and professional. Costs were very competitive, delivery was prompt – we have been happy every step of the way. Thank you so much to Claudia who made this a very easy experience. Your knowledge and professionalism along, with excellent customer service were a pleasure to deal with. We are satisfied customers, and would definitely recommend Vital Mobility to family and friends.

Purchased an Air bed for my aunt from Paul. Paul was very easy to speak with about my concerns, friendly and courteous. The price/s on everything I bought were considerably more affordable than their competitors, I’m very happy with the costs and delivery and set up were professional as well. Thank you very much, we are so appreciative.

A huge thank you to Claudia for her knowledge and fast service. She was so flexible to deal which allowed me to get a lift chair rental delivered to my mom the same day! Compared to other mobility vendors who don’t even answer the phone, Vital Mobility has been a refreshing retail experience. Thanks!!

A huge thank you to Bruno and Claudia at Vital Mobility for supplying our family with a hospital bed and air mattress, Hoyer lift and sling, transport and mobility wheelchairs, and an outside elevator so that our son could come home from the hospital after 11 months of admission. The quality of the equipment is top notch and fits our needs perfectly. The service was knowledgeable, professional, flexible and very much on time. We’re grateful for their expertise and commitment.

My mom has dementia which has progressed to the point where she can no longer walk very far or climb stairs. Fortunately, she has lived to the point where we will be able to get together for ThankGiving. But, we needed to get a wheelchair for her. My wife found this web site and we purchased the Drive Deluxe Go-Kart Steel Transport Chair. I was concerned about the quality of the chair because the price seemed low to me. The chair came today and I was very pleasantly surprised and happy to see that it is very well made. It is light, compact, folds down to fit easily in any trunk or back seat and it is comfortable. It is definitely good to see that good value for our money is still available as was demonstrated by this chair. The service offered by the company was very respectful, polite and helpful. This web site was a really good find as was the company it belongs to..

Hello… I can’t tell you enough how amazing the knee scooter has bee. It has given my daughter “life “again. She is happy to go out in the world now. I think we’re the only one that has one in Orangeville. Everyone loves it! Thank you so much for carrying this product. Lee Stevens

I stumbled across Vital Mobility while looking for a Lift chair for my Father. I have since been back to the store to purchase several other items, toilet seat with handels, adjustable bed with rails etc. I have found Vital Mobility’s prices to be competitive and the service to be excellent. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to this Store, thanks again for all the help Paul!

Your telephone service was so friendly, quick, and helpful. No one else had the mattress we needed in stock, which meant we would have to wait too long. You had the mattress and delivered it very quickly with no problem. It was exactly the one we needed. We will be calling you again the next time we need something!

Should have written sooner to Thank Paul for his excellent service. I bought a hospital bed and a lift chair for my Dad. The prices are great, the service was great and he look after me all the way. Delivery was very quick. It was a stressful time for me but Paul made it very easy. Shop around and you will see that the prices are better here than anywhere else. Thank you Dorothy

I recently sprained my ankle playing basketball, just one day before leaving Toronto on a business trip. Vital Mobility helped me very quickly, and got me on my feet (or should I say OFF my foot) in a matter of hours and it was business as usual. Thank you, VM!

My husband & I went to Vital Mobility last March 1st, 2014 at Bathurst location to purchase a transport wheelchair for my sister. I already browsed their website so I have the desired product in mind. We were assisted by Paul that morning & he answered all our questions not just pertaining to the wheelchair we ought to buy but the variety of products in the shop. It was delivered to our house on our suggested date & Paul made sure that he followed the instructions that we have told him. We have to ship the wheelchair w/ gel cushion out of the country & I know my sister will love it! Thanks Paul for the amazing service!

Thank you to you Paul and your wife for being so attentive toward my mother, Rachel, when we recently came in to your store. From the moment we walked in you made us feel welcome with your professionalism and caring approach. You responded patiently and clearly to our questions. Every step of the way we could count on you. When the rental bed my mother selected arrived the Vital Mobility staff were extremely efficient and respectful. This positive experience made it an easy choice to decide to ultimately purchase the In Invacare Carroll Homecare Bed with the Mason Multiply 6500 Mattress, which my mother is extremely satisfied with. Given your excellent service and quality products at reasonable prices we will return and will recommend you most highly! Paul, muchas gracias!!

This company did more than supply exceptional service and quality product. When my husband unexpectedly passed away, Claudia took the extra time to speak with me on a very personal level. Her compassion was only superseded by her attention to detail. The paperwork was processed without delay. Thank you again – Linda

I have just taken delivery of of my pride LL570 lift chair. I ordered it this morning and it was delivered before 2:30 in the afternoon. Claudia was a pleasure to deal with and the experience will have me coming back as the needs arise. The delivery process was perfect and both gentlemen took their time and demonstrated the chair thoroughly. The chair is beyond comfortable. With the heat and vibration options make the chair a spa like experience. Thanks you all for making this experience a great one. I’m going for a nap now. Wayne
