Thank you again for your fabulous service, I really appreciate your help in making my Mom comfortable while Dad is undergoing surgery.
We will be checking into the Delta Chelsea tomorrow (May 29) so an early delivery on Monday (May 30) would be great. We will need the chair until check-out at 11:00 on June 1st. I will make sure that the concierge desk has a copy of the rental contract so they know to expect the chair and will help you put it in Mom's room, since we will be at the hospital most of the day on Monday and won't be at the hotel when the chair arrives.
I can't believe what an incredible service you are providing. Without this amenity Mom would probably not be able to be there to support my Dad while he is in Toronto. You have made a HUGE difference in her stress level and comfort at this difficult time. Thank you SO much.

When my son-in-law had heart surgery in Toronto recently, it was recommended that we rent a lift chair to have in the hotel after his release from the hospital. Your website was easy to find on the internet and we were able to make the necessary arrangements by email.....so convenient since he was coming all the way from Mexico City!

Luego de haber recibido el caminador que mi hijo les ha comprado y me ha enviado desde Toronto, debo decirles que estoy tan contenta que no dejo de usarlo en todo momento. Hoy he recobrado la libertad de salir nuevamente a la calle a hacer los mandados sin miedo de cansarme al caminar y de no saber lo que hacer.
